As stated before, times change, and people change, but friends are forever. One of our friends, Andrew, got married a couple of years ago, and although marriage makes you take on different priorities, passion will always remain the same. Andrew recently joined us for a trek to Dallas, TX, home of Formula Drift Round six. It’s good to know that not only does he still enjoy smoking rubber tires into the night, he still knows how to capture a great image.

We poke fun at Danh a lot, whether it’s his ride height, Fobbyness, women or his massive calves, he takes them all in stride. Somehow between traveling all over the US shooting FD events, working the graveyard shift here in Houston, and drinking beers and eating dirty chinese food, he finds the time to modify his new car, the Scion FR-S. And when Danh sees an opportunity to shoot in the right sunlight, he will randomly snap a cool photo like these two.

What's in the middle...? The white stuff.

Despite the title of this post, Danh attracts all sorts of Asian girls.

BONUS SHOT! Yes, he needs to lose the V-card, we need help

A goal for Mayday Garage this year is to be more active than we were last year and what better way to show that by attending Round 1 of FormulaD’s 10th year anniversary held on the streets of Long Beach, CA. It is also my first time back in California since the last FormulaD event. If you didn’t get a chance to read it, click HERE.

My body is ready for FormulaD this year... as well as Dai Yoshihara.
Sometimes opportunities come by chance, and some come by knowing the right people. For Chris Basselgia, I’m not sure how he got the chance to compete in this year’s Scion FR-S Tuner Challenge, but for me, I had the opportunity to shoot this Minty FReSh beast by knowing the right people.
