The Road Less Traveled.

Oftentimes, people tend to forget that everyone is different. After all, everyone has their own tastes, styles, and opinions. We see far too often car “enthusiasts” that bash on others for their pick on aero, suspension and of course, powerplants. While we get the typical “Ricer!” comments here and there, we are self proclaimed ricers and embrace that label, negative or not. Khiem gets the most comments on his 2JZGTE powered FD3S RX-7 from many purists, and he, like many others before him, have learned to not to take the internet so SRS, and to do what he does.

This past Sunday at our weekly meet at Catalina Coffee, we came across another car that I personally thought was cool as fuck. Ben Norrell’s 5.0L Mustang powered convertible E36 is slammed, caged, and loud as hell. In other words, bloody awesome. We look past Horsepower-per-liter, Power-to-dollar and purist attitudes and enjoy cars for what they are- another man’s (or woman) work of automotive art. While Ben got MUCH hate on our Instagram video, he, like Khiem, brushed it off like a true gentleman and watched the fireworks.

from here it looks like any other slammed E36 Vert

Besides the obvious, we really liked the cleanliness of the bay among other things

Hood closed, you would never know. Oh except it sounds like a bat out of hell.
