If you remember a couple a weeks ago MaydayGarage had featured an Audi A4 that belonged to a gent by the name of Ty Nguyen.   When we first shot the A4, Ty asked us if we wanted to take a look at his friends slammed Mercedes.  Now the first thing that comes to mind when someone tells us that they have a slammed Mercedes is some gaudy big body with rims from the back of a DUB catalog and super tacky feel. Luckily for us, this wasn’t the case, because when this big body car pulled up;  A tuner had gotten a hold of this Merc. S550 and we knew this guy had some good taste.

Hailing from Louisiana, Tee is also a veteran car tuner.  Growing all the way up the ranks to the Mercedes S-Class, Tee has a love for tuning cars.  In fact, you can occasionally see him cruising around with Ty’s A4 from meet to meet.  (We are all ricers at heart right?).  We think the coolest thing about this ride is how it is presented to the public.  When Tee rolls out on the town he does it in style alongside his buddy Ty’s A4 cruising with an awesome effect.   It is pretty rare nowadays to see people riding in theme like that, nostalgic for sure. Remember that car in the background, that’s Ty’s A4, we were actually kicked out of this spot before we could get a full on shoot…sigh, the price of getting a shot.

Bringing his experienced taste to the table, Tee equipped the big body with a full Lorinser body kit.  As you can see, the lines of the car have been greatly enhanced from the OEM standard.   When asking Tee about the kit, he said that he wanted the best, and he got the best.

Another thing that you will want to notice as well is the massive  Brembos behind those 22” Mayas.  Your eyes aren’t lying, that is an 8-Piston caliper on the front of an S-Class with some “small” 6-pistons in the rear.  It is very JDM style tuning right here, as Tee spared no expense on the function of his ride as well as the looks, a great balance.   If there is one thing that is tough to bear, it is a set of dope rims on a tuned car and no brake upgrade to help enhance the aesthetic.  Tee put this together nicely.

Speaking of putting things together nicely…

One of the really awesome things about the Lorinser kit is the wild yet subtle attention to detail that the kit has to offer.  Check out the fenders which of course help for clearance for massive rims and a lower ride.  As for the rear bumper, well, it definitely gets the Mayday seal of approval!

The Executive feel that this car gives off is, well, straight up “baller”.  Got to love it!

When you see this car in the wild make sure to give Tee a wave because he is one cool ass dude, and a ricer at heart!  Thanks again Tee.
