In this final chapter of our coverage of Eibach 2010 held at Eibach HQ in Corona, CA, Andrew shares his last pictures with us and wraps things up…
Words by Andrew Machac

ATS*Anh’s car has come so far from a year ago, and the teal accents flow farther than the valve cover. We’ll just leave it at that, since he shares the July Super Street cover with his team member Ryan.

MikeG sporting the J’s lip with his new NA motor setup. Mikes car had plenty new additions to scope out, some of those being custom and one off from Plan B. As with any of his previous builds, nothing goes untouched and you should pull up a chair, because you’re going to be there awhile. I lost count of how many times I stopped to look, or was it because I couldn’t get a good shot due all the people around it.

MikeG’s custom valve cover from PlanB. This thing was blingin all day!! Way to go Mike, I had lens flare trying to take pix of this thing.

MikeG of course had some Rywire treatment in his bay!

Phaze2 Arnel came out with his new tucked radiator setup, and custom filler neck with Rywire Ryans help. I’m pretty picky and there wasn’t a thing I would have changed. To me this is his best setup yet, BUT I’m sure in time he’ll come up with something.

I know the motor looks like it’s floating but I can assure you there are motor mounts holding it in place.

I’ve always liked the Spoon lip on a EG, but chances are Arnel may mess this one up since he rides slammed alll the time.

What a well put together car, nothing crazy. Nice paint, good stance, good color combo. I’m a sucker for white wheels!!

DPK*Alex(Sheepey) brought his freshly built racecar out. This car has been through numerous changes over the years, in which everyone has generated worthy HP results. Alex is a very meticulous person/builder, so to see his new build completed was a real treat. In the car world, whats better than a racecar that you can take to a meet or even a show?

I can’t wait till Alex gets this thing dialed in.

Frank from Boltboys/Downstarinc. had his EG on display along with a booth. And if you’re wondering if those are spikes on his valve cover and shock towers, your guess is correct.

This was the line for hotdogs, which was nice since the whole area was packed with cars. Who wants to leave, lose their spot, then park a mile away just walk alll the way back into the meet?

These guys look intrigued about this S2000, makes me wonder what I missed out on now.

This place stayed hella packed all day, and I think this was this largest turn out since Eibach started hosting this Meet.

Details, details, details. Sometimes it’s the little things that make people stop and stare.

Chuy’s massive turbo sitting on a top mount, don’t act like you can’t see it.

Joey from StickyDilJoe.com concentrating extremely hard on something…

Ahhhhhh…. Now it makes sense. Damn Joey! You shoulda gave me a “Dat Ass” face!

Brandon(Lost is Black) getting footage for Autolife TV, and Skunk 2.

Such a clean CRX all Mugen’d out and it even has the covers for Da Amber Lamps.

I use to see more Mugen lips, but oh how the tables have turned.

Ryan’s(AirbagClub) CWest EK. I’m not gonna list or describe everything on his car, just go pick up the July issue of Super Street and look at his grocery list of functional parts.

Billions and billions…hoses.

Ryans car is top notch in every way, and I had the pleasure of riding with him on the way to Eibach, while trying to get some rolling shots of the rest of the crew. But that was a task as I was tightly harness’d into a Bride Zeta 3.

ATS*Ferd’s Del Sol was sporting the Spoon theme once again. I wonder if its because I told him its the cars best look yet awhile back. Well if not, I’d like to think so.

I can’t place the color, but it looks nice on the RnR’s.

I’m diggin the purple accent. Kind of reminds of some parts I have.

Another chargespeed, J’s EG, and I heard it got shot for Honda Tuning as well. I have to say all the chargespeed fenders that were at Eibach actually fit pretty good….after some work.

Wow this color wasn’t hard to spot, and had a nice shave in the bay with everything tucked. Ek lip though? To each is own.

I wouldn’t wanna be a corner worker IF Reza flies off the track.

Ok it doesn’t have the “low offset flush” look, but to some clean and simple is enough without following a trend. Clean body hammered on some RSZr’s is cool with me.

ITB’s is a easy way to de-clutter a bay.

Now this DA caught my eye, and I wish I would have taken more pics of it.

It’s not to often you see a clean DA bay.

Wow where’s the crowd? This was a rare occurrence around Big Mikes car, or maybe they saw the MaydayGarage shirt.

Mike has so many custom pieces in his bay, which is one of the things that sets it off.

Jared’s Mugen’d out S2K. How does he keep that black looking so good?!

Joey no doubt shooting some cars this time with his T2i Canon.

Guess I was wrong. Damn Joey! There’s a bike there somewhere!

Arn’s hydrogen powered K. Thats right I said hydrogen. Evidently Arn works with some talented individuals.

Arn’s car is another one of those that you should just grab a chair, because your feet are going to hurt from standing in one place for too long.

Rootbeer anyone?

DPK*JP and his Lady dippin out. You can actually see the carbon in the door shell.

Once again Alex comes out with another fresh set of Leon Hardiritts. There won’t be anymore guessing as to what he’ll be surprising us with next, since he’s putting the car back to stock. Sad.

DPK*Davids super clean coupe, and black chrome accents.

Believe it or not this is Jason’s wife’s car. I’m glad I was able to see thing in person because it’s exactly how I’d do one. I didn’t know it was possible to tuck a tuck harness.

Speechless

ATS*AJ and Mike G. Nice watch Mike!

The biggest homie(Hoonie), is my personal body guard when I visit LA.

Kraftwerks Fit

I keep telling these guys to come out to TX, but if they can’t get away from the tent in Cali, I’ll have to invite them in the winter.

Gils track prepped Integra Type R is all business. Someone told me he threw his radio away cause it played and he didn’t.

Big Mike, Jeremy and his “main squeeze” Teresa. I’m surprised Jeremy doesn’t have a muscle milk in his hand.

ATS*Ryan’s well balanced interior.

Ryan’s(Rywire) CRX with custom switch panel.

ATS*DPK hanging out under the tents. I guess that’s why I’m the only one that got sunburned.

Is there anything that white TE’s wouldn’t look good on?

Phaze2 Salem’s new J’s brakes and TE setup.

OG Ryan’s EF was on fire……..

Not really but, his car is HOT. It was good to see him and the ride again,

Matts(Rodrez) S2K was looking good with the Kevlar.

DPK*Alex’s EG is ready for some shake down passes.

This is probably one of the cleanest DA’s I’ve seen.

Phaze2 Mikeyyyy turning heads as usual.

Tony’s NSX

Man you gotta hear this thing

Way to go Ryan you got everybody breakin necks over your car.

CCW Goodness.

Nice color and overall setup.

I’m glad to see some TX helping hands in Alex’s new build.

Looking good Matt!!

I never did get a close look at this bay.

For some reason this doesn’t look right

It takes the right approach to make a Ep look good. Well this one does it for me, and the interior is nothing but business just like the exterior.

Mmmm mooncraft. Nice job Jay!!

She was actually photogenic and made for some nice pix.

In&Out’s that way Phil? Thanks man, I was in need of a double double animal style.

ATS*Bens S2K on SE37K’s.

Time for prizes after the Meet.

This one was funny because all her boys were telling me to take pix of her. Well there you go guys.

Really????

Some of the ATS*DPK ladies…
And as the show came to a close, I couldn’t help but think that this was one of the best turnouts in recent history, and that I wonder what next years trends and turnout would be like. But then I realized that it didn’t matter who showed up with what, all I knew was that my buddies would be there, and that would be more than enough for me.

Headed back to Long Beach after Eibach

Looks like the So-Cal heat drained AJ’s cousin, cause he fell asleep with his mouth open.

Gotta be one of favorite EK’s. Great Job Ryan!!
I hope you enjoyed the Eibach 2010 meet looking through my eyes/lens, and that you not only liked looking at all of the super clean hondas on the west coast, but that you actually liked seeing the people behind the sheetmetal. It’s this kind of coverage that only a few sites offer, and now that you know who these people are, don’t be afraid to say Hi to them the next time you see them.
As for me, you’ll only see me at either A) somebody’s garage lending a hand, B) one of the car meets/shows, or C) In-N-Out munching down on some Double Doubles with packets of In-N-Out sauce in my backpack to take home.
Be safe,
