As we pick up from part one, Andrew and company departed from DPK*David’s house with a slew of cars to one of the greatest shows in North America, Nisei Showoff. Held in Little Tokyo, this years show is supposedly the very last ever. Well, at least at this location…
In part two, Andrew shows us what most people don’t see, as everyone gets ready for the day, we get an inside glimpse at the people behind the cars.
Words by Andrew Machac:

DPK*David scopin out the High End E46 getting unloaded.

This was what I came upon as we made the turn down the main street in front of the Lot that hosted Nisei. So I hopped out of DPK*Henry's RHD EG6 and hunted a spot to catch the roll in.

TE37V's were lookin proper hanging out under the flares of this Z.

These are a rare sight, just wish they came in a manual transmission.

The Homie DPK*JP made his Candy Rootbeer appearance as usual. The copper still attracts people and makes them stop and stare. I got a lot of love for this little guy.

Arnel preppin the glass for new placement of stickers before the crowds sworm his EG.

This IS300 awaits the "ok" in the street.

As I walked towards the main entrance I spotted this pancaked Z and couldn't wait to see him maneuver his way into the driveway.

There's no telling whats being talked about here, but I can bet Mike will bring up food one way or another. It was good for Mr Wong to stop by and check out the show, even though I didn't get to meet such and OG in the scene.

This old Classic GT-R was cleaner than most cars you see everyday.

The Hyrbid Racing S2000 looking all track'ish made his way to the front.....

...then carefully in the lot .

Oh what? Plain and simple but I dig it. Bikes were plentiful throughout the day, mainly fixies.

Hmm kinda reminds me of Joey's (StickydilJoe) old car. I'd roll this for a daily in a heart beat.

Pics don't do this Corolla justice, but we'll be back later with some close ups.

Pie helping out Joey with Security at the Chronicles tent....or eating all Mays cookies.

As I got into a comfortable position across the street, and caught a good amount of cars rolling by and enetering the lot, Tony broke that up and got my attention with his supercharged NSX.

Even some Euro's showed up, and that's always nice to see.

When I first saw this Z, I made a DAT ASS face.

These Ruckus' had all kinds of subtle mods. I kept waiting for them to start doing some hotlaps around the lot, but it never happened.

Now I haven't really been too crazy about these little Cubes, but this one kind of got my attention. They stuck with the basics and a simple execution, and I can appreciate that.

You go girl!! Rockin the old N600.

The Autofashion guys had the beats goin strong all day, and made the time to venture out and get some coverage of the show. Great job on everyone of your cars that made it. It was nice to finally see them in person and appreciate the work, time and research that has went into each one of them. Fitment on these cars were just right in my opinion and we’ll be sure and get some of those shots up for you guys.

DPK*Drail(Darryl) in his Mugen'd Si. Ol buddy was rockin white Japan time attack CE28N's on the passenger side.

Man this car was Anh point with the new audio setup and ATS*Fred(pictured in white T) took full advantage of it while bringing it down from Norcal for crew member Anh.

DPK*David easing into the show, not to damage the rare Buddy Club lip. The coupe was lookin sexy on the CPR's!

Mike I hope you put some lotion on that head.

A couple of the AutoFashion cars makin their way in.

The AutoFashion GS was seriously outta control....in a good way.

L to Rt. Tony, Salem and BigMike. Here BigMike is sportin the new 2XL Chronicles shirt.

Man I wanted one of these hats for myself all day, sure would have helped my farmers tan.

Jared being ever so careful and maintaining the immaculate appearance of his Mugen S2000. This car will still have that classic look ten years down the road.

It's creepy and it's kouki

This Wagon was straight fire and had some nice paint. I was finally able to catch most of the color later on during the show.

This Lotus had plenty proof that it was tracked. I was diggin the white RSZr's on it too.

David, Ryan and Jackie hanging out and enjoying the show, even though Tina wasn't there for Ryan. :P

It's like someone opened up a bag of skittles

Mmm mmm I love me some Supras, especially when they have compressor surge. LOL

Probably a rare instance that you would see these different types of cars from three different countries all in one place.

Between the paint matched HRE's and the crazy kit, this Porsche wasn't too bad. Just needs a Rauh Welt front lip/bumper or something to finish off the body.

This wasn't the place to slip someone $20 bucks thinking that would get you a spot in this show. Everything seemed to be organized and in working order when I got my hand stamped.

David's favorite car of the show for obvious reasons.

Soloman's kitted accord on rebarrled C5's waiting for placement from the rest of the ATS*DPK crew.

Couldn't help but imagine paul walker suddenly turn this EVO around and give me the finger going backwards

The High End Evo gettin some TLC.

Reminds me of Greg Strube's BMW, but in white!

The bathroom is over that way

The AF guys spraying "bling in a can" on the GS

Different strokes for different folks I believe is the saying.

Super aggressive fitment on this CRX made me look twice.

Now that is a wild looking FD, but personally don't care for the front fenders.

Wide Load?

I don't think it's made for day to day use

Just enough for my taste, some of the "poke" is getting a little crazy.

Right at the limit.

Speaking of poke, another crazy offset setup from them AS1' boys.

Can you believe she was all by herself setting up, and I’m NOT talking about parking the car, dusting it off, then applying tire shine. She took the time to go over fine details as shown here, and moderate display around the Classic N600. I got a lot of respect for her.

Wow, this VW was sitting JUST right.

This team Supastar Smart

Check out this FJ sportin a Mayday Garage logo.

Cul Hwip: It's gonna be aHWile

This setup never gets old.

Fixie's were all over and like Antonio from Motormavens said, they should have had a class for them. LOL

Serious stance.

You probably think the owner is younger, but no Phil is a older gentlemen that beats the crap outta his EG.

Ryan's EF is always a crowd favorite, and it's good see him when I'm out on the West Coast.

Ryan getting tech support from Dell.

Skunk what? Skunk 2 baby!!

Two great products to have on your car.

As I passed by Ryan's car, I noticed he added a few more bolts to his bay. OUCH!

Kouki bumper + Zenki Lip on Trueno front= Classic

Doesn't take much to make a 350Z look awesome, as seen here.

Milt's Z was spot on with the VSXX's.

You better like Toyotas in this row

Definitely NOT the Texas two step

P&P, pancaked and pok'n!!

ATS*Ferd and Sonny from Franlklin Autobody in San Francisco.

As I was making my stroll through the lot of everyone setting up, and feeling like I was in a outdoor Autozone because of all the tire shine being applied, I heard the sound of something different. I turned around and here rolled in a N2’d AE86, and the smell in the air got even better…….race gas.

Cleaning whatever debris that fell through the DMax hood, no doubt.

You think those are cleaning supplies in the bag, think again. Those are highly preserved and bubble wrapped center caps that are only put on for shows like this.

DPK*Davids coupe had a nice corner spot an stopped plenty traffic with all the chrome in the bay.

ATS*Ron wasn't able to make it down, so fellow crew member ATS*Phil had the pleasure of bringing it down from NorCal.

JP's EG has always been one of my favorites.

I wonder what else Milt has planned, guess we'll have to wait and see, since his black SC was no slouch.

Hybrid?? That's right Arn's K-series Type R is hydrogen powered.

This RB'd Z had people turning back around, and stopping all day for a closer look. And a closer look is what you'll get in the following coverage.

I hope these guys weren't comparing Farmer's tans, cause I woulda had them both BEAT.

And one of a small handful of cars that I couldn't get enough of. Bronze 37V's complemented the orange nicely.

The ladies were all nice enough to walk a couple blocks to Starbucks and get all of us a drink.

Another show stopper!!! We love S30's!

Hi I'm Joey I'll be your concierge for the evening.

I saw more DSLR's than I probably ever have, guess it was expected since it's the last Nisei.

Such a nice car, even if it is very similar to the Top Secret one.

Talk about push'n the limits, thats AS1 for ya.

The 1320 EK on some CPR's.

Arn Reyes' Type R sittin on Welds is always a beautiful site.

Double your pleasure

This High End car was getting the treatment all morning, and I'm sure those microfibers are some ballin European medical grade. These guys spare no expense.

I'm so glad the AF guys know that VIP is more than just wheels.

Ahh the good ol low floor jack, and more helping hands from GF's, which I noticed a lot of.

The guy that had this in his booth INSISTED I take a pic, so I did.

Pssshhh who needs a hood?

Milt...what are you shooing bro?

White brembos are something I haven't seen yet.

I’ve always liked the Bomex front on Supras, and this aluminum fabricated diversion panel was a very nice touch. It reminded me of my old friend Van back in 2000, when him and my current roommate David did the same thing on Vans EBP Si.

And you know we have to get some hair shot

Lol, right after this shot was taken, she looked at me, closed the door, and kept talking.
We’ve got more! Part 3 will be out shortly!!
