This past weekend we ventured out to Austin, Texas to catch a little bit of drifting in the sun at a local show called Mean Streets, where the streets are mean. Anyhow, this event was by no means of normal standard because the infamous Will Roegge and Joshua Herron were on a mission, a Keep Drifting Fun mission, and this event was one of their nationwide stops for their documentary.
Featured Here is the first limited edition vinyl bumper sticker for MaydayGarage. This is going to be the first “serialized” sticker in a series released here on MaydayGarage. If you are wondering why the design might be familiar, it is because the first print was on Mayday Mikeyyy’s S14, seen here. Priced at $10.00, you can have one of these limited edition bad boys for your personal collection. Only 100 stickers are available for sale and all have serial numbers on the bottom right corner to guarantee authenticity. They go up for sale next week only here on MaydayGarage.com.
Okay, I was doing my daily web surfing, and came across this video on ShiftJDM. A really cool CGI car video trailer for a movie (?) called “The Driver” The youtube video is embedded in German, but there’s no need to translate powerslides.
What do you think? I like.
If you remember a couple a weeks ago MaydayGarage had featured an Audi A4 that belonged to a gent by the name of Ty Nguyen. When we first shot the A4, Ty asked us if we wanted to take a look at his friends slammed Mercedes. Now the first thing that comes to mind when someone tells us that they have a slammed Mercedes is some gaudy big body with rims from the back of a DUB catalog and super tacky feel. Luckily for us, this wasn’t the case, because when this big body car pulled up; A tuner had gotten a hold of this Merc. S550 and we knew this guy had some good taste.
