Hard Park x Drift
When Mayday Garage went to meet up with Brad yesterday, we had asked him how he felt about the up and coming I.R. Drift, and the synopsis was clear, Brad too is in the hunt for the podium. He was currently in the process of changing his rear end to accommodate the massive 1UZFE that was just implanted into his quaint Hachi-Roku, as we discussed the event. Brad is a balls out driver, and we expect to see some aggressive driving from him at I.R. Drift, especially with his new motor setup.

Harmless...
Let’s get to know Brad a bit…
“Well, I have wrenched at a local shop here in Houston called Engine Logics for the past five years and have been drifting for five years as well”

Dat Ass
“Ever since I have been drifting I have been invited to compete in the Pro-Ams, and I went the first couple of years but I haven’t gone since. I also got a couple of local second place finishes in Texas drift events.”

Pretty clean for 26 years old!
“My real claim to fame however is the fact that in high school I got invited to prom EVERY year that I was in school, but I only went the first two years. They couldn’t handle me!”

Perfect Height
“Other than that, I love drifting, and I love destroying my car on the course. My 4AG wasn’t cutting it before and I learned the hard way by giving her a hard break-in after a fresh rebuild. I had immediate rod knock after one event and that was the sign. So I figured I would change things up a bit and I ripped the 4AG out and replaced it with the Toyota/Lexus 1UZFE V8. Now my car hauls balls.”

MaydayGarage: So Brad, other than drifting, what is your favorite hobby?
Brad: See Bloodtype.

Lonestar State Baby!
Well, that being said, we hope to see Brad driving well in his V8 ‘Rolla for I.R. Drift, and we sure as hell know the partying with him will be fun.
